Loan Processing
United Land’s Closing Coordinators are trained to handle all aspects of the closing process including but not limited to:
Contacting borrowers on behalf of the lender
Recognizing the needs of each individual borrower and assisting them
Explaining terms and conditions of various bank products
Obtaining bank specific documentation such as W-2s, tax returns, homeowners insurance & utility bills
Conducting appropriate title searches and clearing any title issues that may arise
Forwarding all necessary documentation to bank underwriters on behalf of the borrower
Coordinate and schedule the loan closing
